Founded in 2015, Half Full Nelson is a new development team focusing on games, VR experiences, apps, and web development services. From building AAA entertainment titles to award-winning educational and serious games, the members of Half Full Nelson have many years of experience building games, websites, 3d models, and online services.

HFN's team worked together as the development team at WisdomTools in Bloomington Indiana, and continues to create engaging game experiences for the classroom, home, businesses, and universities. WisdomTools and its subsidiaries had been awarded over $8 million in federal and state research funds to design and develop effective instructional solutions.

Our team includes experienced and professional designers, artists, and programmers, and is continuing to push the boundaries of innovation as we develop new experiences for computers, mobile devices, and VR devices. We are primarily located in the Indianapolis area, though we have team members elsewhere in the United States.

OUR SERVICES

Game Development

HFN is passionate about game creation, both in our own projects and in creating games for others. This includes entertainment as well as education titles, and we have partnered with team members at Universities, museums, and other organizations to produce apps and games that work in the classroom, after-school, or on the couch.

Virtual Reality Experiences

From mobile VR (Daydream, Cardboard, Gear, Merge Cube, etc) to high end room scale experiences. We can deploy on the App Store, Steam, Oculus Home, Viveport, or work with you to create an installation experience. We go where you and your clients are.

Augmented Reality

Merge Cube games, industrial and business focused AR head-worn prototypes, iOS ARKit Research and games.
